- Overnight Shipping: Next business day
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
- Current carrier rates
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Processing time does not include shipping time.
4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Natural disasters

5. TRACKING
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within Nigeria. International shipping inquiries should contact support.
7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
We require signatures for high-value items. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Report lost or damaged shipments within 24 hours of expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
