RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation.
2. CONDITION OF ITEMS
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- With all original accessories and documentation
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Products marked as final sale
4. RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact our support team
2. Receive return authorization (RA) number
3. Ship item back with RA number
4. Item inspection and verification
5. Refund processing (5-7 business days)
5. SHIPPING COSTS
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
6. REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of item receipt and inspection.
7. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for defective items within 30 days of purchase. Contact support for details.
